eSIM Compatibility does it work on your phone?

Not all phones support eSIM. Check below before purchasing it takes 10 seconds and saves you from any hassle on the road.

The 10-second check on any phone

The safest method, regardless of brand or model:

Settings Mobile Network / Connections Add eSIM / Digital SIM

If the “Add eSIM” option is available, your phone is compatible and you can purchase with confidence. If it does not appear, the phone does not support eSIM regardless of what is written online about the model.

Other brands — Google Pixel, Motorola, Xiaomi, OnePlus

Google Pixel (Pixel 3 and newer, purchased in Europe/USA) and many recent Motorola models support eSIM. On OnePlus, support is available only on newer models, depending on the region.

Xiaomi, Redmi, Poco, Realme, Oppo and Huawei generally do not support eSIM on variants sold in Europe, or have very limited support depending on the model and software version.

For any phone not included in the lists above, the only check we rely on is the one on the phone itself: Settings → Mobile Network → if the “Add eSIM” option is available, your phone is compatible. No one else can guarantee it — not us, and not online forums.

Important: we do not issue refunds for eSIM plans purchased for phones that are incompatible with eSIM. The check in Settings takes 10 seconds — complete it before payment.

Is your phone compatible? You are 4 minutes away from internet access across Europe.
