Terms and Conditions
Covered domains: this document applies to all Esimtruck websites operated by AXERON S.R.L.: esimtruck.com, esimtruck.ro, esimtruck.eu, esimtruck.uk, esimtruck.de, esimtruck.pl, esimtruck.fr and esimtruck.biz. Any reference to the “website” or “Esimtruck” includes all these domains.

2. Definitions
| eSIM | Virtual SIM (embedded SIM) activated digitally on the Customer’s compatible device, without a physical card |

| Customer | The individual or legal entity placing an order on any of the Esimtruck websites |

3. Subject of the Contract
By placing an order, the Customer purchases a digital eSIM data plan, delivered exclusively in electronic format (LPA activation code + QR code) to the email address provided at checkout. Esimtruck acts as an authorised reseller of data plans supplied by licensed network partners within the European Union.
4. Compatibility and Customer Responsibility
Before purchasing, the Customer is required to check:
- Device compatibility — the phone must support eSIM. This can be checked under Settings → Mobile Network → the “Add eSIM” option. The list of compatible models is available on the compatibility page.
- Carrier unlocking — the device must not be locked to a mobile network.
- Internet access — eSIM activation requires a WiFi or mobile data connection.
- Countries along the route — the purchased plan must cover the countries in which it will be used, according to the list displayed for each product.
Esimtruck is not responsible for device incompatibility, carrier-locked devices or software restrictions imposed by the manufacturer (for example, phones purchased in China without eSIM functionality).
5. Order Processing and Delivery
- The Customer completes the checkout form and completes the payment.
- The system automatically generates and allocates the eSIM in real time, usually within 5 minutes.
- The LPA code and QR code are sent by email immediately after payment confirmation and are also available in the Customer’s account.
- The Customer scans the QR code or enters the code manually in the device settings.
- The validity period is specified in the description of each plan.
6. Prices and Payment
The displayed prices include VAT where applicable and are expressed in the currency shown on the website (EUR or the local currency, depending on the domain and the Customer’s location). Payments are processed securely through Stripe (bank card, Apple Pay, Google Pay). Esimtruck does not store card details — they are processed exclusively by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor.
7. Right of Withdrawal — Digital Products
Under Government Emergency Ordinance 34/2014 (implementing Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16(m)), the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied on a non-tangible medium when performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and the consumer has acknowledged that they understand the loss of the right of withdrawal.
By selecting the immediate delivery consent checkbox at checkout, the Customer provides this express consent. Full details are available in the Returns Policy and Refund Policy.
8. Limitation of Liability
Esimtruck is not responsible for: signal quality and network coverage at the locations of use; connection speeds provided by the local operator; loss of unused data when the plan expires; inability to activate the eSIM due to device incompatibility; interruptions caused by force majeure or network operators. Esimtruck’s maximum liability towards the Customer is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order.
9. Intellectual Property
The content of the Esimtruck websites (texts, images, logos, design and code) is the property of AXERON S.R.L. or is used under licence. Reproduction without written consent is prohibited.
10. Changes to the Terms
AXERON S.R.L. reserves the right to amend these terms. The updated version will be published on this page together with the date of the latest update. Continued use of the website after publication constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
11. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Romanian law. Disputes will be resolved amicably or by the competent courts in Romania. Consumers may contact ANPC (ADR) or use the European online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
