How it works online in 4 minutes

No store visits, no plastic SIM, no waiting for delivery. You buy, you scan, you are connected. Here is the whole process, step by step.

Step 1: Order your plan

Pick the data volume that fits your route on the plans page and pay securely by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. The payment is processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.

Step 2: Receive your QR code by email

Seconds after payment, your personal QR code arrives in your inbox, together with full installation instructions. Check the spam folder if you do not see it within a couple of minutes, and make sure the email address you entered at checkout is correct.

Step 3: Install the eSIM

Important: stay on WiFi or a hotspot during installation, since the eSIM needs an internet connection to activate.

iPhone: Settings → Cellular → Add eSIM → scan the QR code from the email → follow the on-screen steps → restart the phone → Settings → Cellular → select the new eSIM → enable Data Roaming. On iOS 17.4 or newer you can skip scanning entirely: the email includes a green one-tap install button.

Android (Samsung and most brands): Settings → Connections → SIM Manager → Add eSIM → scan the QR code → follow the steps → restart the phone → Settings → Connections → SIM → select the eSIM → enable Data Roaming.

Step 4: Drive

From that moment, the eSIM connects automatically to the strongest available network in each of the 36 covered countries. Crossing a border changes nothing for you: no swap, no settings, no surprise invoice. Your home SIM stays in the phone and keeps receiving calls and SMS as usual.

Good to know

Validity starts at first network connection, not at purchase, so you can buy today and activate next week when the route begins. One QR code = one installation: do not delete the eSIM from the phone, because a used QR code cannot be reinstalled. Before buying

Check that your phone supports eSIM and is not carrier-locked; it takes 10 seconds on the compatibility page. Practically all iPhones since XR/XS and all flagship Android phones from recent years are compatible.
